The Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Gaming Commission (TGC) is the entity
established by the
Tribal Council to regulate the conduct and play
of gaming on the Tribe's Reservation Lands,
which currently consists of the three Alabama properties of Wind Creek Atmore,
Wind Creek Montgomery, and
Wind Creek Wetumpka.
Regulatory matters involving other Wind Creek properties
should be addressed to the state gaming commissions or regulatory
authorities in which they are located.
